I started my blog a while ago for fun and for friends. but lately it's getting bigger and bigger. I acutally have people who is jolly enough at 7 in the morning to go in and read what kind of stuff I've been doing on a Sunday...

I don't know if i should be freaked out or happy about it. anyways, it's good publicity for my jewelry's and my webpage (my brand) that will be launched this fall.

I miss taking artistic photos though...
partyphotos for the blog and variouos picturemessages don't really cover the passion for photography in my life.

But soon I will get started on taking promotionpictures for my brand and thats gonna be a blast!

take care// Xue Mei

Beautiful gallery, I love how you've incorporated your religion into so much of your work. It adds a genuinuity to everything, and expresses love in such a creative way.

Well, if your thinkin about the catholic crosses, catholisism is not my religion, I just love the catholic churches and crosses and also the Mary-statues. I've been to Rome and other italian citys alot and I collect crosses, but only real catholic ones. They have a calming affect on me. I use them alot because I love what they mean to me, not to others. I have more to photograph in that area ^^ so keep looking.
On expressing love in different ways, people tend to be very traditional about photos meant to picture love. by using unusual objects, expecially those that usually isn't associated with love in generally, they tend to have a bigger inpact, don't you think?
Thanks again for the comments, i apritiate it alot.
have a lovley autumn.

I understand what you are saying. I'm agnostic, but I go to both church and temple as often as I have time for. I know a little Hebrew, and I collect Bibles. Religion in general fascinates me, and even though I'm not religious, I am spiritual and being in churches gives me such a feeling of supernaturalism.
I like how you interpret things differently than other artists, the originality is very refreshing. And you are right, as long as your art means so much to you, it will be beautiful.

Thank you for your reply. It lovley to hear someone talk so freely about religion. I share you opinions in full.
Churches are special, I love the catholic churches in Italy, they really are special.
I haven't bought a cross in a long while now. its sad i think. but maybe I can get hold of something in London in december or Paris in february. it would be nice to have something new. I'm gonna upload another strong picture today, but it hasn't got much to do about religion though... ^^
